2. Definitions

  • User: Any person using the platform

  • Client/Buyer: A user who hires services or posts jobs

  • Service Provider/Freelancer: A user offering services or applying for jobs

3. Eligibility

4. User Accounts

  • Users must create an account to access certain features

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

  • Raf Jobs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations

5. Services and Job Listings

a. For Clients

  • You may post jobs or hire service providers

  • Job descriptions must be accurate and lawful

  • You are responsible for selecting and managing freelancers

b. For Service Providers

  • You may list services or apply for jobs

  • You must deliver services as agreed

  • Misrepresentation of skills or services is prohibited

6. Payments and Fees

  • All payments must be made through the platform

  • Raf Jobs may charge service fees or commissions

  • Payments to service providers are released after successful completion

  • Refund policies may apply depending on disputes

7. Controlled Pricing Policy

Raf Jobs promotes fair and controlled pricing:

  • Prices must remain within acceptable platform guidelines

  • Excessive or misleading pricing may result in removal of listings

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Engage in fraud or scams

  • Post illegal, harmful, or misleading content

  • Circumvent platform payments

  • Harass or abuse other users

  • Violate intellectual property rights

9. Ratings and Reviews

  • Users may leave reviews based on their experience

  • Reviews must be honest and not misleading

  • Raf Jobs may remove inappropriate reviews

10. Disputes and Resolution

  • Raf Jobs may assist in resolving disputes between users

  • Decisions made by Raf Jobs in dispute cases are final

  • Users are encouraged to resolve issues amicably

11. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms

  • Remove services or job listings

  • Restrict access without prior notice

12. Intellectual Property

  • Users retain ownership of their content

  • By using the platform, you grant Raf Jobs a license to display your content

  • Unauthorized use of content is prohibited

13. Limitation of Liability

Raf Jobs is a marketplace platform and:

  • Does not guarantee service quality

  • Is not responsible for user actions

  • Is not liable for damages arising from service use

14. Privacy

Your use of Raf Jobs is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to Terms
